How do I measure my wrist?

Wrap a flexible tape measure or strip of paper around your wrist just above the wrist bone. Note the circumference in millimetres. Average women’s wrist is 150-170 mm, men’s is 180-210 mm.

How much extra length for comfort?

Chain bracelets: add 20 mm. Beaded with clasp: add 15 mm. Stretch beaded: add 10 mm. Bangles need enough to slide over the hand (add 40 mm+).

What size bangle for my wrist?

A bangle must fit over your hand. Measure around your knuckles with your thumb tucked in. The bangle circumference should be at least this measurement.
