How many items should I bring?

Bring at least 3-4 times your break-even target. A well-stocked stall looks more attractive and gives customers variety. Having extra stock prevents selling out too early.

Is it worth doing markets?

Markets are great for brand exposure, customer feedback, testing new products and building a local following, even if profit per event is modest. Track results over multiple markets to see trends.

Should I include time as a cost?

For a full picture, yes. Add your hourly rate multiplied by hours at the market (plus setup and teardown) to the other costs field.
